Sustainability - Health and Safety - Leading Safety

Safety sessions to introduce fundamental concepts of Safety leadership to MAXAM's professionals: company directors, technical staff and managers.

These sessions are held at a global level, with three goals:

• To integrate knowledge acquired in everyday activities: Safety is not something we devote a specific amount of time to, but is a way of behaving at all times.
• To promote individual commitment to Safety.
• To involve the entire MAXAM team in the cultural consolidation of Safety as the company’s core pillar.

Since these sessions began, a team of Occupational Health & Safety professionals from all the company’s business units have been hosting Leading Safety sessions all over the world, with the aim of disseminating this way of practicing and understanding Safety at MAXAM.
